Fudgy Brownies
- 1/2 cup (65 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (25 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder, preferably Dutch-processed
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (90 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions:
For the Brownies:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, melt the cannabutter. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake.
